Cross Country Shines in South Metro Challenge

Cross Country had another strong showing as they held on to 3rd place in week 3 of the South Metro Challenge.  The races continue next Tuesday at Langston Hughes HS.

Volleyball spikes to a win

After a string of close games, Varsity Volleyball got over the hump and scored their first region win by defeating Carver.  The team will take their show on the road to Elite Scholars Academy for matches on September 10th.

Davis leads Softball to a 26-5 win

Junior Takiyah Davis pitched a solid game as softball defeated Tri-Cities in a 26-5 win.  Strong batting and smart base running were also keys to the victory.  The team will host Forest Park at home on September 9th before traveling to Banneker for their next region game.

Football Cruises by Carver-Columbus

.Varsity football showed no mercy in their 51-20 win over Carver-Columbus.  With the crowd mixed by University of Louisville fans, the Seminoles gave them more names to watch out for at the next level.  Meet us on Friday, September 11th as Druid Hills comes into The Swamp at 7:30pm

Softball hosts first game with Druid Hills

Softball crushes MLK, 14-2

    The Creekside softball team earned their first region win by defeating MLK 14-2.  The overall team effort was led by the great pitching of junior Takiyah Davis.  The Lady Seminoles travel to Carver for their next game on Thursday, September 3rd.

Creekside Handles the Panthers

The Creekside Seminoles handed the Langston Hughes Panthers a 30-7 loss on Friday, August 29th.  The 7th ranked team will next welcome Carver-Columbus to The Swamp this Friday for a 7:30pm kickoff.
