Carmen Arnold at State Swim Meet

Last season, Carmen Arnold was the first swimmer in Creekside history to advance to the GHSA state swim meet.  This year, she’s done it again after finishing 2nd in the 100yd breaststroke and 3rd in the 50yd freestyle at the Fulton County Swim Meet.  Those honors qualified her for two events at the GHSA meet on

Boys Basketball Dominates

The Varsity Boys Basketball team defeated MLK 81 – 65 at home.  The team is off to a fast start in the new year.  Catch the boys and girls teams at Langston Hughes this Saturday, January 9th.

Creekside vs. Southwest Dekalb

Varsity football will host Southwest Dekalb at The Swamp on Friday, November 6th at 7:30pm.  This game will determine the 3rd place team in Region 6-AAAAA, with the winner advancing to the state playoffs.

Volleyball State Tourney

Support Creekside Volleyball on Thursday, Oct. 15th as they travel to McIntosh HS for the first round of the state tournament.  The match begins at 5:30pm.  Good luck Lady Noles!

Football Tops Carver-Atlanta

Creekside rebounded for a region win over Carver, 38 – 22, on Senior Night.  Meet us at The Swamp next Friday, October 16th for Homecoming versus Tri-Cities.  It’s going to be a Pink Out in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Volleyball Defeats Tri-Cities

The varsity volleyball team defeated Tri-Cities, 2-1.  The team welcomed Jasmine Branch back from injury, who played an outstanding match.  Come support the JV and Varsity teams as they host Langston Hughes in their final home games on Wednesday, October 6th.

Cross Country Shines in South Metro Challenge

Cross Country had another strong showing as they held on to 3rd place in week 3 of the South Metro Challenge.  The races continue next Tuesday at Langston Hughes HS.

Volleyball spikes to a win

After a string of close games, Varsity Volleyball got over the hump and scored their first region win by defeating Carver.  The team will take their show on the road to Elite Scholars Academy for matches on September 10th.

Davis leads Softball to a 26-5 win

Junior Takiyah Davis pitched a solid game as softball defeated Tri-Cities in a 26-5 win.  Strong batting and smart base running were also keys to the victory.  The team will host Forest Park at home on September 9th before traveling to Banneker for their next region game.
